Ceola Kathleen Hill, 82, Russell County, KY (1940-2023) Ceola Kathleen Hill, of Jamestown, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at her home. She was 82 years of age. Ceola was born April 20, 1940, in Adair County, daughter of the late Elza and Ina Stotts Murphy. She married Albert Earl Hill on October 13, 1956. Ceola was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed babysitting and gardening. br> She is survived by her sons, Clint (and Johnna) Hill, of Jamestown, and Mark Hill (and Patricia Floyd), of Adair County; her daughter, Kathy (and Daniel) Black, of Adair County; her brothers, Carlos Murphy, of Indiana, and Donald (and Elizabeth) Murphy, of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Erin (and Cody) Crockett, Austin (and Andrea) Hill, and Holly Black; her great-grandchildren, Kasen Thomas Hill and Gwenyvere Kay Crockett; and twin great-grandchildren who are "on the way". Along with her parents, Ceola is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Earl Hill; her brothers, Floyd Murphy, Jay Dell Murphy and Bobby Dean Murphy; her sisters, Imogene Akers, Barbara Janes and Dorothy Roy; and her half-sisters, Elsie Wilson, Ruby Beaty and Alene Morrison. Funeral services are 11amCT Friday, January 6, 2023, at Bernard Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hill Family Cemetery.
