TJ Health Columbia Health Fair is Oct 29 From Bart Logsdon TJ Health Columbia, with support from the Good Samaritan Foundation and the Lindsey Wilson College Nursing Division, will be holding a Health Fair from 7amCT to 10amCT on October 29, 2022 at 901 Westlake Dr, Columbia, KY. Lab Dates are 6amCT to 9amCT daily on September 29 and 30, 2022, and on October 19 and 20, 2022. The first thousand community members to pre-register will receive their lab testing for free. The lab draw includes a basic lab panel, and a lipid panel. Flu shots are free to the first 500 community members age 18 and over. Pre-registration must be completed to attend the lab draws and you must attend on that date and time. No walk-ins will be accepted, and masks will be required. For accurate results, do not eat or drink the morning of the test. Pre-registration can be completed online at www.tjregionalhealth.org/events or by calling 270-651-4618.
