David Carter Jarboe, 75, Campbellsville, KY (1947-2022) David Carter Jarboe of Campbellsville passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022. He was 74 years old. The funeral service will be held at 1pmET on Monday, August 8, 2022, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, officiated by Dr. James E. Jones and Rev. Earl West. Burial will follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is requested from 9amET until 1pmET on Monday, August 8, 2022 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. David Carter Jarboe, son of the late Samuel Carter Jarboe and Lois Davis Jarboe, was born August 27, 1947 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. David was a retired employee of TGKY and was also a former employee of the bowling alley. He was known as a hard worker who enjoyed farming and taking care of his cattle. David united in marriage to Mary Sue Spratt October 3, 1987 and she preceded him in death May 11, 2015. He is survived by one sister, Nancy Turner and husband, Jesse of Greensburg; one sister-in-law, Becky Spratt of Campbellsville; niece, Dawn Spratt of Campbellsville and many other relatives and friends. Expressions of sympathy requested to be donations to Gideon Bibles or to Eastern Kentucky Flood Relief and may be made at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.
