Columbia Christian Church helping flood victims

By John Davis, Senior Minister
Columbia Christian Church

Columbia Christian Church is collecting items to be sent to Jackson, KY (Breathitt County) for victims of the recent flooding in Eastern KY. Jackson residents have communicated to us that these items are most needed: Blankets, Pillows, Toiletries, Towels, Washcloths, Diapers, Water.

These will be loaded in the Columbia Christian parking lot and sent to First Church of God in Jackson.

Also, if anyone would like to volunteer to go and work the cleanup effort, IDES (International Disaster Emergency Services) is coordinating so volunteers will be most effective. Sign up at the link - https://ides.volunteerlocal.com/volunteer
