Barbara Franklin Sinclair, 78, Columbia, KY (1943-2022) Barbara Franklin Sinclair of Columbia passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Summit Manor Nursing Home. She was 78 years old. Funeral services will be held at 1pmCT on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY. Burial will follow in the Bearwallow Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday after NoonCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. She was born in Columbia, KY on February 28, 1943 to the late Samuel E. and Nancy Alice Estes Franklin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arvist Lee (Pee Wee) Sinclair, and a brother, Jerry Lee Franklin. Barbara was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and enjoyed flower gardening, watching hummingbirds and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include:
