Scouts looking for a few good men

By Maggie Coleman

If your son is interested in participating in Boy Scouts, we are looking for a few good men!

Troop 185, 8 Scouts strong, focuses on learning life skills that promote the values of trustworthiness, loyalty, helpfulness, friendliness, courtesy, kindness, obedience, cheerfulness, thrift, bravery, cleanliness, and reverence!

We hike and camp once a month and head to Scout Camp at least once a year.

Scouts lead their own meetings and earn badges in everything from camping to chemistry to coin collecting. No matter your interests or abilities, Scouts is challenging and rewarding and enriches lives!

If you would like to "preview" a meeting or learn more about Scouting, please contact Senior Patrol Leader Gabe Coleman at gabeacoleman@gmail.com for more information.
