Football: LWC remains at #1 for fourth straight week By Kyle Jackson The Lindsey Wilson football team (3-0, 0-0 MSC Bluegrass Division) remained at the top of the rankings for the fourth straight week in the latest NAIA Football FirstDown PlayBook Top-25 poll, officials at the national office announced on Monday. The Blue Raiders received 444 voting points in the poll and 18 first-place votes. Northwestern (IA) remains just behind the Blue Raiders in second with 425 voting points. Morningside (IA) tallied 412 points for third place in the rankings with Grandview (IA) staying in fourth with 393 points. Concordia (MI) remained fifth with 376 voting points. Lindsey Wilson is one of five other Mid-South Conference schools to be ranked with Keiser (FL) jumping to sixth with 349 voting points. Georgetown (KY) moved a spot to eighth with 328 voting points while Reinhardt (GA) fell to 13th with 211 voting points. Faulkner (AL) was dropped from the poll while Cumberlands (KY) remains in the receiving votes section of the poll.
