Bobby Gene Flatt, 54, Russell Springs, KY (1967-2021) Bobby Gene Flatt of Russell Springs passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, in Lexington. He was 54 years old. Memorial Services are scheduled for 5pmCT on Sunday, September 19, 2021, at Bernard Funeral Home, 367 N. Main St., Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Jim Harris officiating. Family and friends will gather after 3pmCT on Sunday, at the funeral home, until time for services. Bobby was born on New Year's Day in 1967, son of the late Billy Gene Flatt and Linda Sneed Flatt Burton. He loved to fish and would go any time he had the chance. He is survived by his son, Derrick Flatt, of Russell Springs; his brothers, Billy (and Darlinda) Flatt, of Jamestown, Terry (and Laura) Flatt and Darrell (and Candy) Flatt, both of Columbia; his sister, Vickie (and Roy) Clemons, of Russell Springs; his granddaughter, Sky Line Coyle; and his grandson, Tristan Combs. Bobby is preceded in death by his parents. Bobby's arrangements are entrusted to Bernard Funeral Home. An online guestbook is available to www.bernardfuneralhome.com.
