The Adair County School Board will meet in special regular session at 6pmCT on Thursday, September 16, 2021, in the Board Conference Room at the Adair County Board of Education, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY.

The board meeting is open to the public with masks and social distancing guidelines.

  • 19. Approving 5K Cross Country fundraiser for September 23, 2021 at 6 PM CST. - Sheila Willis

  • 20. Approval of Adair County Primary Center schoolwide fundraiser for October 22, 2021-November 5, 2021 - Debbie Bradshaw

  • 21. The Adair County Board of Education is creating a full-time district-wide Ag Teacher position for the 2022/2023 school year (240 days). The position is to serve half time (1/2) ACMS and half time (1/2) ACHS.

  • 22. Buildings and Grounds Update - Steve Burton

  • 23. Approval of monthly financial statements - Renae Smith

  • 24. Approval of working budget for the 2021/2022 school year - Renae Smith

  • 25. Updates on architect and construction managers
