Letter: Voice for the animals

Marie Freeman writes:
After living beside the puppy mill busted in March this is such a welcome read! For almost 4 years I have listen to over 100 dogs bark day and night. Many of them in excruciating pain obviously! With very little help from county officials. Until recently. Difficulty coming from lack of laws for enforcement, or even inspection. The lack of laws is what attracts people to the area to do this. Thank you Adair County for standing up and doing what needs to be done to stop this. I read what was written, very impressed. I hope it's not changed much. And signed quickly. Kind regards --Marie
