Cynthia Parnell Collier receives honors Cynthia Parnell Collier, president and chief executive officer Mister "P" Express is featured on the cover of this month's special Southern Indiana Business issue - leadership, innovation and strategies - published by the News and Tribune. She and her father, Allan Parnell, have built the multi-million dollar corporation that has earned top honors from several Fortune 500 companies. The corporation is located in Jeffersonville, IN but has strong ties to Adair County. Founder, Allan, a native of the southern Adair County community of Sparksville, went to Louisville to find work, wound up starting his trucking company and called on his daughter to help him build it. He serves today as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Lindsey Wilson College. While Cindy grew up in Louisville, she remembers spending a lot of time in Columbia in her youth with grandparents Irene and Vernon Yarberry, parents of her late mother Betty Rey and her uncles Curt and Tucker.
