Reception to honor Fire Chief Mike Glasgow By Donald Hare The Columbia and Adair County Volunteer Fire Departments would like to welcome everyone to a reception to celebrate Fire Chief Mike Glasgow, who is retiring from the Columbia/Adair County Fire Department after 44 years of service. Mike joined the Fire Departments on July 25, 1969, and became City Fire Chief on August 3, 1977.
