Tonight will be partly cloudy, with an overnight low around 68F and calm wind. There's a 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 7pmCT. Patchy fog could develop around 4amCT.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny, with patchy fog in the morning, and isolated showers, then scattered showers and thunderstorms after 11amCT. Patchy fog before 9am. Expect a high near 88F, with calm wind becoming south around 6 mph in the afternoon.

Wednesday night will be mostly cloudy ,with scattered showers and thunderstorms and an overnight low around 68F. South wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the evening.

After reaching a 94-degree high temperature Tuesday, July 6, 2021, (three degrees higher than that predicted) the sun was relaxing its rays as it neared setting time. The silhouettes are at the Columbia Post Office around 7pm, cooling off to 87 degrees.
