Payne family gathers for dedication to Joe The Payne family reunion 2021 included the placement of a plaque dedicating a tree in front of the Adair Courthouse Annex to their beloved Joe Payne, husband, father, brother, pastor, leader and hard working volunteer in his lifetime. Family members gathered at 11am, Saturday, June 26, 2021 for a prayer by Billy Payne, a heartfelt reading by Marjorie Payne, and a special rendition of Joe's favorite songs led by son T.J. Payne.
