Margaret Suratt Dudley, 71, Taylor County, KY Margaret Suratt Dudley of Campbellsville, Kentucky, formerly of Greensburg, daughter of the late Oscar Norman Suratt and Mattie Jewell Wright Suratt was born on Monday, April 3, 1950 in Burkesville, Kentucky and departed this life on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. She was 71 years, and 26 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ, attended the South Greensburg Baptist Church and was a beautician. She was owner and operator of the Vine Street Salon in Campbellsville. Survivors include a son: Rodney Dudley and his special friend, Marcella Sutherland of Greensburg; two daughters and a son-in-law: Michelle and Bo Franklin, and Katina Dudley all of Campbellsville; 10 grandchildren: Kristian Herron, Katelyn Herron, Megan Dudley, Cameron Dudley, Chasen Gutierrez, Alyssa Dudley, Alexa Gutierrez, Kelsi Durham, Victoria Willyard, and Kanon Durham; seven great-grandchildren: Paizlee, Camden, Layla, Kacelyn, Zaryiah, Chloe, and Elijah; a sister: Joyce Nunn of Indiana; three brothers and two sisters-in-law: Granvil Suratt of Glasgow, Danny and Pam Suratt of Bardstown, and Roy and Lola Suratt of Greensburg; and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral services for Margaret Suratt Dudley will be conducted at 1pmCT Sunday, May 2, 2021 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home. Bro. James Walker and Bro. William Davenport officiating. Visitation is requested from 3-8 Saturday. There will be a graveside service at 5:30pmCT Sunday at the Meyers Ridge Cemetery in Burkesville, Kentucky. The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Meyers Ridge Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
