Greep Signs with LWC Cycling

By Christopher Coombs

Tessa Greep has signed with the Lindsey Wilson Cycling program for the 2021-22 season, head coach Josh Patton announced on Thursday.

Greep comes to Lindsey Wilson from Glendora, California. She competes mainly in XC mountain biking with an interest in other disciplines.

She has notable finishes all along the west coast including recent 1st and 3rd places at the Over The Hump race series. She has also placed 8th at the USA Cycling Mountain Bike Nationals.

"When I met Tessa at MTB nationals a couple of years ago I knew she would make a great addition to our team. Her attitude, kindness, and approach to racing is something that we look for in our racers, and something she has that stands out," Patton said "She's a hard worker that put the miles in along with ambitions to do more in cycling. I am really excited to see the progress she can make with our program and all the opportunities she will have with us."

Tessa will begin school on campus in Columbia in August 2021.
