Magaline Robertson, 76, Green County, KY (1944-2021)

Magaline Estes Robertson of Green County, daughter of the late Edward Herchel "Jug" Estes and Faye England Estes, was born on Wednesday, September 6, 1944 in Green County and departed this life on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the T.J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow. She was 76 years and 6 months of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ, formerly worked for Fruit of the Loom, Inc., was a homemaker and a farmer.



She united in marriage to William Allen "Billy" Robertson on August 26, 1958, who preceded her in death on September 28, 2013.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: William Edward and Melissa Robertson of Edmonton, and David Allen and Teresa Robertson of Center; 12 grandchildren: Kim Coleman and her husband, Jeff, Christy Stilts and her husband, Bobby, Christopher Hudson, Morgan Forrester, Charline Robertson, Lee Robertson, Logan Robertson, Hannah Robertson, Daniel Robertson, Charlotte Robertson, Elijah Robertson, and Miracle Robertson; 10 great-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Freda and Carlos Mays of Green County; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Robertson was also preceded in death by a daughter: Charlotte Walker; two grandchildren: Charlotte Magaline Walker and James Joseph Walker; two brothers: Odell Estes and William "Boy" Estes; five sisters: Marie Francis Gregory, Janetta Bishop, Mary Katherine McElroy, Shirley Shutters, and Hazel Estes; and a brother-in-law: James Randall Robertson.

The funeral services will be conducted at 1pmCT Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Kidd Cemetery. Bro. Chuck Templeman officiating. Visitation is requested from 4-8 Tuesday and after 7 Wednesday until time of the funeral service.

The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Kidd Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
