LWC Wrestling returns to the mat tonight against Midway By Christopher Coombs The No. 3-ranked Lindsey Wilson wrestling team makes their much-awaited return to the mat at Biggers Sports Center, 360 Spickard Drive, Columbia, KY, tonight, January 29, 2021, against (RV) Midway (KY) at 6pmCT. The Blue Raiders opened their season to a perfect 9-0 start but have since sat idle for 47 days. Lindsey Wilson last competed against then-No. 3 Reinhardt (GA), No. 5 Southeastern (FL) and (RV) Truett-McConnell (GA). LWC battled to three wins, taking down the Knights 25-22, the Fire 24-22 and the Bears 43-9. Midway comes into the competition with a 5-2 overall record as both of their losses come against No. 11 Cumberlands (Ky.).
