Letter: Bailee Vicki Miller writes: That's our Bailee girl! She is indeed the guardian of Wall St. Unfortunately she likes to sunbathe in the street causing cars to have to wait until she's ready to move. I don't let her out as often as she would like because of her bad habits in the street. She's best friends with our mailman too. She barks and follows him when she's out.
