Carl Oneil Coffey, Jr., 75, Columbia, KY (1945-2020)

Carl Oneil Coffey, Jr., of Columbia passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was 75 years old.

Cremation has been chosen, and a private burial will be in Columbia Cemetery.

He was born April 1, 1945, in Adair County, to the late Carl Oneail and Cecial Curry Coffey and was also preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Coffey. Carl formerly worked for the City of Columbia Sanitation Department, Rogers Trucking Company, drove for Wilkerson Transportation and a US Army Veteran.

Survivors include:
  • One daughter & son-in-law - Melanie & Mike Ollery of Columbia
  • One grandson - Jonathan Noah Ollery of Columbia
  • Four brothers - Jimmy Coffey of Lawrenceburg, Roger Coffey of Columbia, Donnie Coffey and his wife Marina of Columbia & Jeff Coffey of Columbia
  • Three sisters - Shirley Huffines and her husband Bobby of Tennessee, Wanda Hughes and her husband Kenneth of Indiana & Patty Stubbs of Campbellsville
  • Several other relatives and friends
