She was 78 years old. The funeral service for Mrs. Burns will be conducted at 2pmCT on Sunday, September 27, 2020, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main St, Burkesville, KY, with burial to follow in The Dutch Creek Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky. The family will receive friends after 2pmCT on Saturday, September 26, 2020 until the funeral hour on Sunday.
