Wanda Kay Sharp of Russell Springs passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at Russell County Hospital. She was 61 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 1pmCT on Friday, September 11, 2020, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Phillip Miller officiating. Interment will follow in South Fork Cemetery, 793 South Fork Church Road, Liberty, KY.

Visitation will be from 11amCT on Friday, September 11, 2020, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY.

She was born on Thursday, October 2, 1958, in Jamestown, Kentucky.

She was the daughter of the late Irene Johnson Hall, and the late Herman Hall.

Survivors include:
  • A Daughter, Melinda Sharp, of Russell Springs KY
  • Three Sons: Ronald Sharp, of Russell Springs KY, Roger Sharp, of Dunnville KY, and Jamie Sharp, of Russell Springs KY.
  • Two Sisters: Lettie Harmon, of Greensburg KY, and Alma Crew, of Russell Springs KY
  • 9 grandchildren
  • 2 great grandchildren
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arcie Sharp. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers Bud, Earl and Eddie Hall, 7 sisters Opal Appleby, Helen Crew, Katie Compton, Lizzie Spaw, Mable Passmore, Betty McQueary and Mary Ann Simpson.
