Rick Hagan, 68, Columbia, KY (1952-2020)

Rick Hagan of Columbia passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at 6:35 P.M. at TJ Health/Columbia Emergency Room. He was 68 years old.

The funeral service will be held at 11amCT on Monday, July 6, 2020, at Columbia Baptist Church with Bro. Randy Johnson & Bro. Mike O'Neal officiating. Burial will follow in Haven Hill Cemetery

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2pmCT to 6pmCT, and on Monday from 7amCT to 8:30amCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, and after 9amCT on Monday at the Church. The family has requested that attendees at both visitation and funeral wear a facial covering.

He was born February 21, 1952, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Francis Orville and Bernice Crady Hagan, a member, Deacon and Sunday School Teacher of Columbia Baptist Church, an avid reader and retired from Lindsey Wilson College after 29 years as Professor.

Survivors include:
  • His wife - Lesa Jo Forsee Hagan of Columbia
  • One daughter & son-in-law - Nikki & Bradley Sexton of Laurel, MD
  • One son & daughter-in-law - Patrick & Becky Hagan of Bardstown
  • Two grandchildren - Abygail & Christopher Hagan
  • Several other relatives & friends
While flowers will be accepted, Rick requested that memorials be made to the General Fund of Lindsey Wilson College which can be left at the funeral home or church.
