Recycling Center opens today in Columbia Adair County Recycling Center will attempt opening June 1, 2020 and be open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30-3pmCT. Persons should stay inside the vehicle and employees will unload. Bridget Compton, Adair Solid Waste Coordinator, said, "we are still short staffed and do not have work release inmates to help.
