It's currently 63F at the Adair County Mesonet station. It will be partly sunny today, with a high near 81F. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening ahead of a weak system. Marginally severe wind gusts, heavy rainfall, and small hail will be possible in the strongest storms.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy, with a 30 percent chance of showers, mainly before 10pmCT and an overnight low around 62F. South wind 5 to 7 mph.

Friday will be partly sunny, with a high near 76F. Additional scattered thunderstorms are forecast Friday as a cold front slowly crosses the region. Gusty winds and brief heavy rainfall are the main hazards expected at this time.

Friday night will be partly cloudy, with a 20 percent chance of showers before 1amCT, and an overnight low around 54F. West wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the evening.
