Wallace Edward "W.E." Bohannon of Columbia passed away on Monday, May 18, 2020. He was 83 years old.

A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday at the Haven Hill Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at

Wallace Edward "W.E." Bohannon, 83, of Columbia, Kentucky the son of the late Harlan and Lou Ann (Bryant) Bohannon, was born May 5, 1937 in Adair County, Kentucky and departed this life on Monday, May 18, 2020 in Cumberland County Hospital. He was a lifelong farmer in the Cane Valley community and a member of the Cane Valley Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Bertha Mae (Cowan) and daughter Debbie Bohannon.

Survivors include daughter Donna Jean Jones (David) of Columbia; grandchildren Michael Jones of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Stephanie Maggin (Jeremy) of Los Angeles, CA; and one great-grandchild Clayton Maggin.

The family would like to extend their deepest appreciate to Dr. Flowers and the staff of the Cumberland County Hospital for their tireless care provided to W.E..
