William Newcomb, 88, Taylor County, KY (1931-2020) William Newcomb was born July 21, 1931 in Campbellsville, Kentucky to the late Joseph Oliver and Elma Ford Newcomb. He departed this life Friday, May 15, 2020, having attained the age of eighty-eight years, nine months and twenty-four months. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and executive order by Kentucky Governor Beshear, there will be a private graveside service with Military Honors conducted for William Newcomb at Green River Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery in Campbellsville. He was a United States Army Veteran, serving during the Korean War. He was a CPA. He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law: Joseph and Diann Newcomb and two grandsons: Jonathan and Wyatt Newcomb, all of Campbellsville The Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
