He was a Veteran of US Army. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Lee Smith, Calvin Smith and 3 sisters, Ethel Trimble, Anna Norman, and Marie Sparks. Survivors are His wife, Patsy Smith, Russell Springs Four children: Rebecca (Brian) Tarter, Russell Springs, Kimberly (Arnie) Robertson, Russell Springs, Jason Smith, Russell Springs and Josh Smith, Bowling Green, Ky One grandchild, Chris Smith One brother, Charles (JoNell) Smith, Russell Springs Two sisters: Glenna (J.C.)
