Garmoline Carpenter, 91, Russell Springs, KY (1928-2020) Garmoline Carpenter of Russell Springs passed away on Monday, April 13, 2020, at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset. She was 91 years old. All services will be held privately. Online condolences may be left at bernardfuneralhome.com. She was born November 18, 1928 in Russell County to the late Chester & Eva Hammonds Gosser. She was a retired school teacher.
