Brown and Brown acquires The Sterling Group

Mike Neal, President of Brown & Brown of Kentucky, Inc., sends word that Brown & Brown Dealer Services has announced yet another acquisition today, less than a month after the announcement of the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Northeast Dealer Consultants.

In an article on Yahoo Finance today, Brown & Brown officers announced that the company has acquired substantially all of the assets of The Sterling Group, a Wilkesboro, NC, "leader in the region in guiding its dealer partners with F&I product and sales training, customer retention strategies and F&I performance management."
