Matilda Renee Long, 45, Adair County, KY

Matilda Renee Long, 45, of Columbia died Friday, March 20, 2020.

At the request of the family and in an attempt to protect their family and the public from any health issues facing our nation at this time, there will be a private graveside service Sunday, March 22, 2020 at the Bearwallow Cemetery.



Born in Casey County she was the daughter of the late Willie Woodson and Mable Rich Long.

She is survived by two brothers Eddie Long of Columbia and Merl Long of Owensboro, KY; six sisters Violet Bridgers of Nottingham Park, IL, Barbara Woodrum of Lamont, IL, Bonnie Lynn of Hustonville, KY, Marlene Long of Columbia, KY, Diann Ponder of Liberty, KY and Lisa Keeling of Clarksville, TN and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother Marvin Long and two sisters Roseann Wilson & Carolyn Williamson.

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
