LWC ISP United Nations Club meets

By Shauna Jones, President
LWC United Nations Club

The Lindsey Wilson College United Nations Club held their March meeting on Wednesday, March 4, 2020. This club meeting was partnered with Lindsey Wilson College's Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Brett Bradford, Field Coordinator, and team leaders Cade Estes, Keely Dennis, and Zach Dishman lead the UNC meeting. Cade Estes led the members in games such as Fruit Basket and Gorilla, Man, Gun. Zach Dishman led the members in a devotional about the Gospel of Christianity.

After the devotional, students broke off into small groups with FCA leaders to talk about what they heard and apply it to their lives, then had pizza for a time of fellowship.

Having FCA come to the UNC meeting opened the door to students unfamiliar to Christianity learn about its beliefs and what it means to be a Christian, a big part of the Southern culture at LWC.
