Grace Bertram Foley Hall, Russell County, KY (1924-2020) She was a member of Jamestown United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir, and taught sunday school, a past Grand Matron of the Russell County Chapter of the Eastern Star and an avid gardner and seamtress. She was well known for her Christmas lights and her outgoing and cheery disposition. Grace Foley Hall, born January 30, 1924, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020. Services begin with visitation at 12noonCT Sunday February 9, 2020 with funeral at 3pmCT at H. E. Pruitt Funeral Home, Jamestown Ky. She was preceded in death by her father Johnny Bertram and Mother Bessie Dishman Bertram; Her first husband Louie Foley and her second husband Melvin Hall; Half sister Hattie Edwards; Brothers Clarence Bertram, and Charles Bertram; Sisters Ella Barnes and Glenna Hurt. She is survived by Step children, Onalee Arrendondo, Robert Hall, Linda Trimble, Joyce Burnett, and James Hall. Nieces Freda Reese, Ima Griffin, Earlene Clark, and Becky Nosile. Nephews Gary Bertram, Tray Bertram, Wade Hunt, Johnny Bertram and Jerry Bertram. Sister in law Mary Ella Bertram. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was an avid gardner and seamtress. She was well known for her Christmas lights and her outgoing and cheery disposition.
