Richard Cecil Suratt Junior, 75, Cumberland County, KY Richard Cecil Suratt, Jr., age 75, of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. Funeral Service will be Sunday, December 29, 2019 at 2pmCT at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Myers Ridge Cemetery. Visitation is from 3-9 Saturday. Junior was born on April 20, 1944 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Richard Cecil Suratt, Sr. and Lydia Teal Suratt. He was a former employee of Stephens Manufacturing in Tompkinsville, KY. He had attended United Pentecostal Church and Burkesville Separate Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother and sister-in-law Jack and Jane Suratt. Survivors Include: His Wife - Geneva Davidson Suratt of Burkesville, KY Two Daughters - Tammy Mott and her husband William "Billy" of Wayne, Pennsylvania and Lydia Sue Irwin and her husband Chad of Albany, KY Three Sisters - Mary Lee Anderson and her husband William and Drucilla Anderson and her husband Edward all of Burkesville, KY and Barbara Riddle and her husband Rondal of New Haven, KY Two Brothers - Chalmon Suratt of Burkesville, KY and Gladston Suratt and his wife Denise of Tuscon, Arizona Three Grandchildren - Richard Irwin and his wife Haleigh, Will Lewis, and Ryan Irwin Two Great Grandchildren - Lucas Irwin and Waylon Irwin and a host of other relatives and friends.
