Billy Bishop, 54, Campbellsville, KY (1965-2019) Billy Bishop of Campbellsville passed away on Monday, December 23, 2019. He was 54 years old. The funeral service will be held at 2pmET on Friday, December 27, 2019, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KYHome by Bro. Jason Shirrell. Burial will follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Visitation is requested from 5pmET until 8pmET on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Billy Bishop of Campbellsville, son of the late Gordon Bishop and Kathleen Shirrell Bishop, was born February 24, 1965 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 8:00 A.M., Monday, December 23, 2019 in Campbellsville. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. Billy dedicated his life to his son and his work. He loved to be creative and build. He loved being outdoors as an avid hunter and outdoorsman, and he had a passion to help others. He is survived by one son, Tristan Bishop of Campbellsville; the mother of his son and former wife, Kay Bishop; one brother and two sisters: Wayne Bishop and Lee Wise and husband, Johnnie of Campbellsville, and Dee Moses and husband, Rex of Athens, Alabama; three nephews and two nieces: Samantha Aull, Joe Wise II, Tim Bishop, Seth Moses and Kaitlyn Moses; and many other friends. Pallbearers: Daniel Bishop, Tim Bishop, Jerry Dudgeon, Billy Followell, Seth Moses, Kevin Shirrell, Joe Wise. Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
