Nettie Jewel Carey, 61, Cumberland County, KY

Nettie Jewel Carey, age 61, of Burkesville, KY passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2019. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 1pmET at Beech Grove Cemetery in Cumberland County, KY. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.


Nettie Jewel was born on June 13, 1958 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Glen Carey and Golda Grider Carey. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Priscilla Alexander and Marie Carey, four brothers, Ray, Dwight, Phillip, and Terry Carey along with one infant brother and one infant sister.

Survivors Include:

One Sister - Amy Beauchamp and her fiance Michael Crimaldi of Matteson, Illinois

Six Brothers - Titus Lee Carey and O.C. Carey both of Campbellsville, KY, Fred Carey of Edmonton, KY, Joe Carey of Somerset, KY, and Charles Carey and Carl David Carey both of Burkesville, KY along with a host of other relatives and friends.
