Nina Mae Hamm, 84, Casey County, KY (1934-2019)

She was a member of the Shady Grove Separate Baptist Church and enjoyed quilting.

Nina Mae Hamm, of Liberty, passed away on February 14, 2019, at Casey County Hospital in Liberty. She was 84.

The funeral service for Ms. Nina Hamm will be held on Sunday, February 17, 2019, at 12noonCT/1pmET at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-9pmET on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Bruce Hamm, Bobby Hamm, TJ Hamm, Tim Hamm, Donovan Hamm and Jason Cooper.



Born on December 6, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Cordell and Bessie Withers Buck. She was a member of the Shady Grove Separate Baptist Church. Nina also enjoyed quilting.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert Hamm, who passed away on August 8, 1984; and two brothers, Louie Buck and Paul Buck.

Survivors include two sons, Bruce (Helen) Hamm and Bobby (Brenda) Hamm; three daughters, Wanda (Dale) Bell, Joyce (Randy) Lawson and Connie Hamm; two sisters, Nellie Wilson and Vanie MacMahan; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
