Flu cases on the rise in Barren County Flu appears to be trending in Barren County, with a moderate increase in Metcalfe County, and a small increase in cases in Adair and other surrounding counties in the last week. The weekly reports from CHFS show 593 confirmed cases in Barren for the week ending February 7, 2019, up from 353 cases the week before.
