Stephanie Rose Johnson, of Yosemite, KY, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at the University of Kentucky Hospital. She was 35 years old. A memorial service will be held at 1pmET on Saturday, January 19, 2019, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Larry Bailey officiating. The family will receive friends from 11amET until 1pmET on Saturday, January 19, 2019, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Born on April 22, 1983, in Danville, Kentucky, she was a daughter of Linda Grider Kidd and the late Stevie W. Kidd. Stephanie was a homemaker. She loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews, fishing and being outdoors. Stephanie was of the Church of God faith. She is survived by a daughter, Destiny Renae Johnson of Yosemite; a son, Dylan Lee Johnson of Crab Orchard; her husband, Dennis Johnson; two brothers, Daniel (and Barbie) Kidd of Hart County and Steven Kidd of Liberty; and a significant other, Terry Edelen. Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home to assist the family of Ms. Stephanie Johnson with funeral expenses.
