Million dollar home and twenty-acre sale in Adair County By Linda Waggener The Cumberland-Parkway-connected Bennett property, a little over twenty acres and a modest brick ranch style home, has sold for a cool $1,100,000. Congratulations to the property owners and to the realtor who will enjoy the commission. The buyer showing on the deed is R.F. Enterprises of Pasadena, CA and google says they own multiple entities. More later on them as information comes in. There has been speculation for months about a possible truck stop at this exit of the Cumberland (Louie B.
