Chester Franklin, 87, native of Adair County, KY He was a former employee of Clark Casual Manufacturing in Greensburg and a farmer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Timothy Franklin. Chester Franklin, 87, formerly of Columbia, KY died Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at the Franklin-Simpson Nursing & Rehab. The funeral Service will be Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 11amCT at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Junior Holmes officiating. Burial will follow in Haven Hill Cemetery.Visitation is after 9amCT Saturday. Casket Bearers will be Josh Franklin, Anthony Franklin, Johnathon Franklin, David Franklin, Larry Dudley and Thomas Campbell. He was born February 25, 1931 in Adair County to the late Dempsey & Lula Neat Franklin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Timothy Franklin. He was a former employee of Clark Casual Manufacturing in Greensburg and a farmer. Survivors Include: His Wife - Louise Coffey Franklin of Bowling Green Three Sons - Larry, David & Tony Franklin all of Columbia One Daughter - Delores Vance of Columbia One Stepson - Sam Coffey, Jr. of Bowling Green One Stepdaughter - Kathy Daulton of Goodlettsville, TN Two Brothers - Howard Franklin of Columbia & Herbert Franklin of Edmonton 14 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren, Three Step-Grandchildren & Four Step-Great-Grandchildren.
