Congratulations to CHS marching band members

Campbellsville High School marching band has advanced to KMEA semifinals. CHS competed in regionals competition at Madison Southern High School on Saturday, October 20, 2018.

CHS competed in Class A semifinals on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Frederick Douglass High School in Lexington, and finished in seventh place.



This season, CHS will compete in the Bands of America circuit, which includes bands from across the United States and other countries.

The band is also competing in the Kentucky Music Educators Association circuit, and the band will return to the Mid-States Band Association Championships in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This year's show is entitled "The Rest is Still Unwritten." Zach Shelton is band director and Brittany Johnson is assistant. The CHS band features 30 members.
