Steven Dewayne (Bob) Mitchell, 55, Campbellsville, KY (1963-2018) He was a dairy farmer and was of the Christian Faith. "Bob", as he was known, enjoyed fishing, camping, and building model cars. Steven Dewayne Mitchell passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 in Louisville, KY at the Norton Hospital. He was 55 years old. The funeral service for Steven Dewayne "Bob" Mitchell will be conducted Saturday, October 27, 2018, at 1pmET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd., Campbellsville, KY, with cremation to follow. The family requests visitation after 11amET on Saturday, October 27, 2018 until time for the service at the funeral home. Steven Dewayne Mitchell was the son of the late Wilbert and Nancy Hill Mitchell. He was born Thursday, May 30, 1963 in Marion County, and departed this life Wednesday, October 24, 2018 in Louisville at the Norton Hospital. He was 55 years, 4 months and 25 days of age. He was a dairy farmer and was of the Christian Faith. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and building model cars. Survivors include: his wife: Freida Jeanine Dedman Mitchell of Springfield; two children: Dale Preston and Amberdina Allen; five grandchildren: Taiten Allen, Jazzlynn Williams, Laithun Cotton, D'Andre Jeter and Arthur Creth III; sister-in-law: Louise Dedman Phillips; brothers-in-law: David Dedman and Dixon Dedman; nephews: Joshua Lee Dedman, Jonathon Dedman and Isaac Phillips and a host of other relatives and friends.
