Barbara Mann Fields, 83, formerly of Jamestown, KY (1935-2018)

Barbara Fields, 83 of Hammond, IN, formerly of Jamestown, KY, passed away on October 18th.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 11amCT at the Manntown United Methodist Church, 223 Swan Pond Rd, Jamestown, KY. Burial will follow in the Mann Cemetery.

Friends may visit after 10amCT at the church on Tuesday, October 23, 2018.

She was born on July 13, 1935, the daughter of Marvin and Effie Mann.

She is survived by
  • Her children, Eugene Fields, Dewayne Fields, Anna Reyome, Kerry Fields, Connie Thomas, Tyrone Hawkins, and Kelly Salazar.
  • Her sister, Ruth Cook
  • Many grandchildren and great grandchildren
  • A host of nieces and nephews
She is preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Effie Mann, three brothers, Cordell, Bobby, and Charles Mann, and two sisters, Amy Hadley and Irene Helm.
