Baker appointed to KTC Advisory Board By Nicole Burton Frankfort, KY - Gov. Matt Bevin has appointed Kellie C. Baker, of Somerset, KY, to the Kentucky Transportation Center Advisory Board. Kellie Baker is airport manager of Lake Cumberland Regional Airport. She will represent members at-large and serve for a term expiring Aug. 10, 2020. The Kentucky Transportation Center Advisory Board consists of nine members. The Board was established by the General Assembly in 1984 with the purpose of assisting with policy formation and providing direction to the Center, which utilizes applied research to provide a safe, efficient, environmentally sound and fiscally responsible transportation system that delivers economic opportunity and enhances the quality of life in the Commonwealth.
