Sen. McConnell at Campbellsville University for book signing

U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) autographed copies of the John David Dyche biography of McConnell titled "Republican Leader: Political Biography of Senator Mitch McConnell." at Campbellsville University today.

Among the guests were McConnell's long time South Central Kentucky ally, Dr. Phil Aaron, who attended the event with his son, Blake Aaron, a student at Adair County High School.

While there, Senator McConnell said that Campbellsville University has improved Taylor County, the area and the state. "I'm proud of what you have accomplished," he said and also praised Dr. Michael V. Carter, Campbellsville University's president, for his leadership.
