That's it! No more Shakespeare on CM! I knew no good would come of fellow Knifleyan COF quoting Shakespeare. His reference to dilatory time and Avon stirred longings in barely settled in, born again Adair Countian Charles Marshburn, who apparently is not content, now, to hone his wit on the banks of Petty's Fork Creek nor find his Tranquility in fair Fairplay. The COF may have induced a winter of discontent worse than any swine flu could be. Any more mischief from Shakespeare quoters may force Dean Johnny Vaughn of the Adair County Assimilation Academy to bring back "Quitting Shakespeare 101 Cold Turkey," to the curriculum. He thought we we'd never need this remedial course again. Alas, poor Johnny, our work is never done. Guess some people can get too much of a good thing. -EW

We are announcing a new option to make it more convenient for people to place orders and pick up signs puchased from the Adair County FFA. Two local businesses have agreed to provide a location for people to place an order and pick up their sign when it is finished. You can now place an order at:

We will pick up the orders every few days and call the person when the sign is ready to be picked up. Signs are still $15 and are a hot item for Chistmas since they fit perfectly into a large stocking. They are about the best gift I can think of for the person that already has everything and is hard to shop for. If a person wants a sign by Christmas, they will have to get their order in by December 15, 2010. which is the last day of school before break.
