CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY - Campbellsville University Hodgenville is beginning new classes Monday, October 19, 2009. Campbellsville University's Brockman Center in Hodgenville is at 813 Old Elizabethtown Road, Hodgenville, and is the home for the classes; however, work is being done on the Brockman Center building and classes are now being held at Hodgenville City Hall, 200 S. Lincoln BLVD, Hodgenville, KY.

The classes being taught for the second eight weeks are:

• General Psychology at 6pm-10pmET on Mondays
• English Composition IIon Tuesdays from 6pm to 10amET.

The Hodgenville Campus will also be represented at upcoming festivals, including Lincoln Days, October 3, 2009, in the City of Hodgenville, KY, and Glendale Crossing Festival October 17, 2009, in the City of Glendale, KY.

Sharon Gibson is organizing CU's Lincoln Days events

Sharon Gibson, a LaRue County resident and employee at CU, is organizing CU's involvement in the Lincoln Days event.

CU will have a booth at Lincoln Days October 3, 2009, in which prizes can be earned by playing a trivia game. Prizes include stuffed Tigers.

CU Tiger mascot will be at parade

"This is the first time CU has participated in Lincoln Days," Gibson said. "Campbellsville University will have a booth and be in the parade. Our Tiger mascot will be in the parade and be available to have his picture made with everyone."

James Gribbins is admissions coordinator for the Campbellsville University at Hodgenville, KY center. "We are still accepting students at the site," Gribbins said, "and we will be glad to answer any questions you have."
