Office Manager and Administrative Assistant

Lindsey Wilson College is seeking an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant for the Academic Affairs Office. The Academic Affairs Office is responsible for the management of the undergraduate and graduate programs of the college, academic programs of the college, which includes 35 undergraduate majors, five graduate programs, and 115 full-time faculty.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced person who has excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills to fill a full-time, twelve-month position in the office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. This individual must be sensitive to confidentiality issues, proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office software, and able to maintain the office filing system. Word processing, spreadsheet skills, email, and schedule management skills are essential.

Bachelors degree preferred.
