Tilda Priscilla Froedge, 71, Edmonton, KY (1946-2017)

Tilda Priscilla (Fields) Froedge, age 71, of Edmonton, KY, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2017 at her home.

Visitation will be from noon until 2pmCT Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY. Graveside services will be held at 2pmCT Wednesday at Missionary Mound Cemetery, Tompkinsville Road at Good Luck, Edmonton, KY.

Tilda Priscilla Froedge, 71, Edmonton, KY (1946-2017)

She was born on April 15, 1946. She was the daughter of the late Roy Thomas & Mamie Jessie Fields. She died Sunday, October 1, 2017, in Edmoton, Metcalfe County, KY, at the age of 71 years, five months, and 16 days.

She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by:
  • Two sons: Jeff and wife Michelle Compton of Edmonton, KY' and Michael and wife Keisha Compton of Somerset, KY

  • One daughter: Lisa and husband Ricky Lockhart of Edmonton, KY

  • Two sisters: Helen Riley of Austin, IN; and Ernestine Bryant of Hope, IN

  • Twelve grandchildren

  • Seventeen great grandchildren
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Bob Froedge, one brother, Thomas Fields, and three sisters, Elvar Coomer, Mary Lou Hamilton and Mildred Burris.

Butler Funeral Home 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, is in charge of arrangements.
